Advanced First Aid (Full Course)
Participants will learn and demonstrate all knowledge and skills needed to provide appropriate patient assessments, interventions, and ongoing care, including the transportation of a patient to a healthcare facility.
Advanced First Aid (Recertification)
A comprehensive 40-hour refresher course is done typically in 5 days of in-class work. Students will review and demonstrate their knowledge and skills required to provide patient assessments, interventions, and ongoing care including transportation to a health care facility.
Basic Life Support (BLS) - Recertification
Teaches the important steps to perform a rapid assessment, perform Basic Life Support (BLS) skills, and perform rapid defibrillation including the use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). Airway Management and Oxygen Therapy can also be added as additional certifications to this course.
