Yes, we allow one family member to escort you free of charge. Children under 12 must have an escort.

Standby
The first 20 minutes of standby time are included in roundtrip rates, $1.25/minute after 20 minutes.
For one-way and roundtrip transfers within Regina and Saskatoon city limits, payment is taken online via credit card when you book your transfer.
For long-distance and rural transfers outside of Regina and Saskatoon city limits, if the transfer is requested online we will capture your payment details and you will be charged once the trip is complete and mileage and wait times have been calculated.
If you call to book, we will take your payment information over the phone and you will be charged once the final mileage and wait time have been calculated.

Currently, we do not offer direct billing to private insurance companies or health services. The service may be eligible for coverage under private insurance plans by submitting the receipts to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
Yes. You can submit the receipt as a medical expense for income tax purposes.
You can cancel your transfer anytime by clicking the link in your confirmation email.
Cancellations 48 hours or more before a trip will be issued a full refund.
Cancellations within 48 hours of a trip will be charged an administration fee of $75.00, and issued a refund for the remaining balance.
Your refund and any administration fees will be automatically calculated and the refund will be issued to your credit card within 5-10 business days.
