Refunds & Cancellations

Appointments canceled up to 12 hours before the appointment time will result in a full refund.

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, use the link found in your confirmation email.

Refunds will be issued automatically and will reflect on your bank statement in approximately 7-10 business days.

To request a refund that falls outside of our Cancellation Policy, reply to your confirmation email and include your name, appointment location, appointment date and time, and the type of test

Packages and Gifts
Once a prepaid test is booked, our standard refund policy applies. Cancellations up to 12 hours before appointment will result in a full credit and a new code will be issued. Prepaid tests may not be redeemed for cash. Gift codes and package codes do not have an expiry date.


Results will be emailed to you as a PDF document within the stated time frame. Please check your spam folder. Our teams do their best to have your results to you as quick as possible. High volumes of testing may affect result times.

Testing Requirements

It is the responsibility of the customer to verify Covid-19 testing requirements for travel, work, or venues. Haztech will not be held accountable for any outcomes or costs associated with incorrect testing requirements.

Haztech owns and operates approved and licensed Medical Laboratories. Our COVID-19 testing equipment and devices hold Health Canada and FDA approval in the respective countries that we deliver service. Haztech is compliant with HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) and PIPEDA (Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act).
