No Show/Late Cancellation Fees

$25 Fee for no-shows and cancellations less than 3 hours before the test – for all Occupational Health Testing including Drug & Alcohol, Mask Fit, Vision, Audio, Lung Function, PFT) 

$50 Fee for no-shows and cancellations less than 24 hours before the test – for Nurse Medicals, Physical Demands, and Ergonomic Testing.

$100 Fee for no-shows and cancellations less than 24 hours before the test – for Physician Medicals

24-Hour Cancellation
You may cancel or reschedule an appointment at any time after the appointment is made, up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

Late Cancellation/Reschedule Fee
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours from scheduled appointment time will be charged a $25 late fee.

No Show and Non-Compliance Fee. You may also be charged the full service fee if you fail to show up on time for your appointment or fail to comply with our appointment requirements.

GST is applicable on all services.

Cancellations 48 hours or more before a trip will be issued a full refund.

Cancellations within 48 hours of a trip will be charged an administration fee of $75.00, and issued a refund for the remaining balance.

Your refund and any administration fees will be automatically calculated and the refund will be issued to your credit card within 5-10 business days.
