Appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the appointment time at no charge. An appointment may be rescheduled one time within 24 hours prior to the appointment time at no charge. Subsequent rescheduling of the appointment within 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment may be subject to a Convenience Fee of $75.00 USD. Please contact the appropriate Haztech location to discuss rescheduling opportunities.

Cancellations 48 hours or more before a booking will be issued a full refund. Patient transfers can be cancelled anytime by clicking the link in your confirmation email.
Cancellations within 48 hours of a booking will be charged an administration fee of $75.00 CAD, and issued a refund for the remaining balance.
Your refund and any administration fees will be automatically calculated and the refund will be issued to your credit card in approximately 5 -10 business days.
For one-way and roundtrip transfers within Regina and Saskatoon city limits, payment is taken online via credit card when you book your transfer.
For long-distance and rural transfers outside of Regina and Saskatoon city limits, if the transfer is requested online we will capture your payment details and you will be charged once the trip is complete.
If calling to book, your payment information will be taken over the phone and you will be charged once the final mileage and wait time charges have been calculated. (There are multiple variables involved in transfer costs including mileage and wait times.)
Discounted pricing is available for patients age 65 and over and palliative care patients. This appointment can be selected when booking online.

Currently, we do not offer direct billing to private insurance companies or health services. The service may be eligible for coverage under private insurance plans by submitting the receipts to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
