Description
The course begins at 8:30 am unless otherwise noted. Participants should arrive 5-10 minutes early. This class is a one day refresher course for students whose current Level C First Aid certification has not yet expired.
This comprehensive refresher course is done in a one-day hands-on in-class course. Students will go over their skills with the instructor to recertify their Standard CPR C and AED for another 3 years. This course covers infant, child, and adult choking, CPR AED, and Standard First Aid skills based on the industry standards for workplace training.
Course Objectives
- Provide the skills needed to deal with emergency injuries and illnesses at home, as a bystander and in the workplace as per industry standards.
- Students will have the ability to comprehend and successfully demonstrate all required skills
- To help students recognize an emergency and have the knowledge and confidence to take action
Duration
6-8 hours in class
Certificate
All participants who successfully complete this program and achieve a 75% or higher on their exam will receive a Red Cross Certificate of Completion emailed to you which is valid for three years.
