This course involves the identification of confined spaces and hazard identification, evaluation, and control. The course reinforces the need for proper pre-planning procedures and provides rescue methods should the confined space worker be in peril.

Designed to build participant confidence in performing cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills in a team environment for professionals with a duty to respond. Teaches the important steps to perform a rapid assessment, perform Basic Life Support (BLS) skills, and perform rapid defibrillation including the use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).

Participants will learn and demonstrate all knowledge and skills needed to provide appropriate patient assessments, interventions, and ongoing care, including the transportation of a patient to a healthcare facility.
