Registered Nurse, Full-Time – Sask


Haztech has an opening for qualified REGISTERED NURSES to join our team on a full-time basis. This role would be performed in an industrial setting and includes travel and living away from home on a rotational basis. The RN will work a 1/1 rotation: one week on site and one week off. Accommodations are provided during your time on site. The duties will include but not be limited to providing appropriate treatment for a variety of common medical conditions related to eyes, ENT, skin, gastrointestinal, respiratory, musculoskeletal, and cardiovascular in adults. Consultation and coordination with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans are also part of this role. You will provide guidance on health maintenance and disease prevention to patients, and help mitigate potential health hazards in the workplace, maintain accurate and detailed reports and records, and monitor, record and report symptoms and changes in patient conditions. You will also be responsible for preparing treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, equipment, and supplies, and ensure inventory is maintained. You will exercise independence, judgment and initiative by logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems that arise on site.

Qualifications, Skills & Competencies
    • Registered Nurse SRNA
    • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certificate
    • Standard First Aid CPR-HCP
    • Experience providing care on industrial sites an asset
    • Experience in emergency care
    • Ability to work autonomously and under pressure
    • Valid driver’s license and criminal record clearance
    • Professionally represent Haztech and provide exceptional service to all clients
