2. Receive a unique gift code to your email.*

3. Share the code and gift certificate via email or print.

4. To redeem, the recipient books a test online at any Haztech location in Canada and enter the unique gift code at checkout.

*Gift codes do not expire. Once an appointment is booked, standard refund and cancellation policies apply. A credit will be issued if eligible for a refund. Cannot be redeemed for cash.
